Prohibited Items Policy

1. Policy Statement

Hobby Stall prohibits listings, sales, solicitations, and transactions involving goods or services that are illegal, unsafe, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise inconsistent with the platform's rules, payment processor requirements, or shipping restrictions. The examples below are illustrative and not exhaustive. Hobby Stall may remove any listing or account that creates legal, safety, trust, operational, or reputational risk, even if a specific item is not listed below.

2. Prohibited Categories

The following may not be listed, sold, offered, promoted, or facilitated on Hobby Stall:

1. Illegal drugs and controlled substances — marijuana or cannabis products where not expressly approved by Hobby Stall, CBD products unless separately approved in writing, drug ingredients sold for unlawful use, and drug paraphernalia such as bongs, bubblers, vaporizers intended for controlled substances, or materials intended to evade drug laws.
2. Alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, vape, and smoking products — including alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, cigars, e-cigarettes, vape liquids, hookah tobacco, and smoking accessories unless specifically approved under a separate written program.
3. Weapons and dangerous devices — including firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, explosive precursors, weapon parts, realistic imitation firearms, and items primarily intended to cause harm.
4. Hazardous, toxic, flammable, or pressurized materials — including poisons, corrosives, radioactive materials, unsafe chemicals, certain batteries, gases, and other products restricted by law or shipping carrier policy.
5. Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, or infringing goods — including stolen items, unauthorized replicas, counterfeit branded goods, pirated media, listings that violate copyrights or trademarks, and items using another person's name, likeness, logo, or protected design without authorization.
6. Fraud, deception, or impersonation items — including fake IDs, government documents, license plates, credentials, diplomas, test results, pay stubs, business records, concealed surveillance tools, lock-picking devices, or products intended to evade law enforcement or deceive others.
7. Adult sexual services and explicit sexual content — including pornography, sexual services, exploitative material, and content involving minors. Hobby Stall may also prohibit other adult products in its discretion based on legal, processor, or brand risk.
8. Hate, violence, harassment, and extremist content — including items that promote, support, or glorify hatred, terrorism, discrimination, or violence against individuals or protected groups.
9. Human remains, certain body parts, personal data, or highly invasive privacy items — including most human tissue, personal data sets, government-issued identifiers, payment card data, spyware, and deceptive tracking or recording devices.
10. Live animals, endangered species products, and restricted animal parts — including live animals, ivory, endangered species parts, and products prohibited by wildlife laws or trade restrictions.
11. Recalled, banned, or unsafe consumer products — including products recalled by manufacturers or governments, products presenting choking, electrocution, strangulation, poisoning, or similar hazards, and products that fail applicable safety requirements.
12. Prescription products, regulated medical devices, and medical claims — including prescription drugs, regulated medical devices, diagnostic products, and items making claims to treat, cure, prevent, or diagnose disease unless expressly approved in writing and lawfully supported.
13. Highly regulated financial, legal, or governmental products and services — including securities, exchangeable currency sold as currency, real estate transactions, regulated lending, debt collection, and other categories that Hobby Stall does not support.
14. Services that are illegal, misleading, or off-platform risk services — including escort services, illicit services, hacking, phishing, deceptive marketing, fake reviews, unlawful digital services, or any service prohibited by law or platform policy.
15. Any item prohibited by payment processors, shipping carriers, or applicable law — even if the item is arguably legal in one location, it is prohibited on Hobby Stall if it cannot be lawfully advertised, paid for, transported, imported, exported, or sold in connection with the platform.

3. Restricted Categories

Certain categories may be allowed only under separate category-specific rules, enhanced verification, or written approval from Hobby Stall. Until Hobby Stall publishes such rules or gives written approval, those categories remain prohibited or restricted at Hobby Stall's discretion. Examples include:

• homemade food and cottage food products;
• cosmetics and personal care products;
• supplements;
• children's products;
• plants and seeds;
• knives used as tools; and
• collectible items subject to special rules.

4. Cottage Food Note

Hobby Stall may allow cottage food listings where sellers have completed the required acknowledgment. Homemade and cottage food sellers are solely responsible for determining whether each item is lawful to make, advertise, deliver, and sell in the seller's jurisdiction and the buyer's jurisdiction.

Sellers must ensure that each product label contains all legally required information and disclosures, including any required:

• home-kitchen statement;
• ingredient list;
• allergen information;
• net quantity;
• business identification; and
• traceability details.
