Hobby Stall is not the seller, manufacturer, distributor, certifier, storage provider, or shipper of user-listed goods, and does not routinely review, test, inspect, or verify that listings or products comply with applicable laws, regulations, labeling rules, licensing requirements, tax obligations, or safety standards.

Each seller is solely responsible for the goods they list, the statements they make, and their compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including any laws relating to cottage food, food safety, consumer products, restricted goods, taxes, shipping, recalls, intellectual property, and business licensing.

Buyers are responsible for evaluating listings and making their own purchasing decisions. Hobby Stall does not guarantee the legality, safety, quality, authenticity, labeling, condition, or suitability of any item offered by a user, and disclaims responsibility for any user's acts, omissions, products, services, or legal compliance.
